Every yacht charter includes a professional captain and crew, fuel for the agreed itinerary, and standard onboard amenities listed on the yacht's detail page. Catering, water toys, and extended crew service are available as add-ons — just note them in your reservation's special requests.
No special license is required — a valid driver's license, a matching form of ID, and a driver at least 25 years of age are sufficient for most vehicles in our collection. Drivers between 21–24 may be approved case by case with an additional fee.
Submit a reservation request through our booking form or quick inquiry — either works as a first step, not a final commitment. A concierge specialist follows up within 24 hours to confirm availability, finalize details, and arrange payment and delivery or boarding logistics.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your reservation receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are eligible for credit toward a future booking. Weather-related cancellations for yacht charters are always fully refundable or reschedulable — see our weather policy below.
Yes. A refundable security deposit is held on your card at the time of pickup or boarding and released in full after the vehicle or yacht is returned in its original condition. Your concierge specialist will confirm the exact amount for your specific reservation.
Guest safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe for your scheduled charter, we'll work with you to reschedule at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Self-driving is available for our exotic cars for approved drivers. For yachts, a licensed captain and crew are always included and required by law. If you've worked with a specific captain before, let your concierge specialist know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Every reservation is handled personally by a dedicated specialist — from itinerary planning and vehicle or yacht selection to on-the-day coordination and any special requests, like restaurant reservations or add-on amenities. It's a single point of contact for your entire experience.
